The HHS Boosters fund programs and events at both Hamilton High School and Hamilton Freshman School for which our school district does not have the funding. The strength of our Booster organization is the dedication and support of our parents, staff and many alumni. The HHS Boosters fund programs in every department at HFS/HHS including academics, athletics, and fine arts.

The HHS Booster Board consist of teachers, administrators, parents and other volunteers. Elections are held each April as we strive to encourage new ideas and new leadership.

The HHS Boosters try to make decisions that are in the best interest of the high school community. In order to continue to be successful and focused, we need the input from parents so we can best meet the wishes of our students. If you, as a parent, would like to more involved in helping us provide funds for your child, fill out the volunteer form included in this newsletter and pay your membership dues of $10 (single) or $15 (family).

There are many advantages to joining the HHS Boosters. Membership affords you the privilege of voting at our monthly membership meetings where you will have the opportunity to vote on what programs our organization will fund. Membership also qualifies your child for scholarship opportunities that are only available to paid members of the organization.

Booster membership also shows your child(ren) that you support their activities, which create better students. Your child needs you and the school needs you. Even if you are unable to volunteer your time, sending in your membership fee will help immensely. Send in your payment by August 27 and you will be eligible to win one of our Early Bird prizes, which include season tickets to the sport of your choice, a Big Blue Spirit Basket, $30 Gift Certificate to the Big Blue Spirit Shop, a Big Blue Sweatshirt, and a Big Blue T-shirt.
